This razor guard was designed specifically for Henson safety razors, with a focus on portability, protection, and minimal bulk. The goal wasn’t to add another accessory — it was to solve a real need: protecting the blade during travel without touching the cutting edge or overcomplicating the form.
Designer leather guards exist, but they’re expensive and often bulky. This is a lightweight, 3D printable alternative that stays true to the simplicity of the razor itself.

This was the most deceptively difficult piece to design. The challenge wasn’t the outer form — it was getting the internal cavity just right so the blade stays protected without friction or looseness. After many fit tests, this version struck the balance I was looking for: simple, secure, and easy to live with.
